				&lt;div class="article-summary"&gt;&lt;p&gt;There was an article yesterday saying that BNM is going to put restrictions on people wanting to get loans. That's a good idea. How many people do you know that doesn't have debts? Very few I would think.
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We usually take loans for the important stuff, like a house and a car. But these days, there's so many things to buy. Branded bags, clothing and shoes, expensive holidays, and gadgets. Do we need them though?
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Live in moderation. Don't let the bankers own you!
